The Power of Connection: Supporting Relational Health in Early Childhood

Join the Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (ICAAP) and Reach Out and Read Illinois (ROR IL) for our inaugural summit on Early Relational Health!

Pediatricians, family physicians, and other early childhood stakeholders are encouraged to attend. The full-day summit will feature keynotes from leading voices in Early Relational Health, sessions on the latest research and best practices in the clinical setting, and insightful commentary by community and family advocates.

• 7:00am – 8:00am: Registration, Breakfast and Networking

• 8:00am - 9:15am: Welcome and Morning Keynote – What is Early Relational Health and State of Early Relational Health in Illinois

• 9:30am – 11:30am: Early Relational Health in Practice Sessions

• 11:30am - 12:00pm: Networking and Break

• 12:00pm – 1:30pm: Lunch Keynote - Family & Community Advocates and Engagement

• 1:30pm - 2:00pm: Networking and Break

• 2:00pm – 3:45pm: Afternoon Sessions and Community Building

• 3:45pm – 4:00pm: Wrap Up / Closing          

General registration is $25.00. ROR Illinois participants attending the Reach Out and Read Site Support Meeting on March 4 may attend the summit at no cost.
