Join the Illinois Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics (ICAAP), in collaboration with the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH), for an in-person training for Vaccines for Children (VFC) providers based in the City of Chicago.
It is required that two staff members from every VFC site register and attend one of these trainings (it does not have to be the same training). If you serve multiple sites, you only have to attend the training once. A registration form must be completed for every person attending. Free CME/CE is available.

*Please note, the March 11 training at Northeastern Illinois University will follow a 8:30am-12:30pm schedule).
