• 2026 IDPH VFC Summit Registration

  • Join the Illinois Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics (ICAAP), in collaboration with the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), for in-person summits for Vaccines for Children (VFC) providers in Illinois (outside the City of Chicago).

    Please select one event to attend based on the date or location that is most convenient for you - registration for multiple locations will not be accepted.

This helps to ensure that there is space for those who are able to attend and that materials/food are not wasted. Capacity is limited at certain locations which may result in registration being closed without your knowledge/at the time of this form being filled out.
